We are looking for dynamic, proactive and technically strong candidates to join its growing team in Technopark, Trivandrum. An ideal candidate for this role will have at least 5 years’ of extensive hands on experience in designing and developing enterprise strength IT solutions. The individual should be pro-active with an attitude that keeps looking for solutions for the toughest of issues. Solid hands on experience in coding, designing and architecting solutions in Microsoft based pc or web environment. Should be an expert in at least one of the following Microsoft Technologies (.Net framework, C # , ASP.NET, Web services, VB 6.0, MS SQL Server). Excellent communication skills will be a big plus.
Major responsibilities will include:
- Ability to work independently.
- Analyse and interpret business/functional requirements into technical specifications
- Ability to interpret business/technical requirements and develop solutions.
- Ensure deadlines are met while ensuring quality
- Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously
- Attend conference calls with clients in US during late evening hours
- Follow prescribed client standards and processes
- Communicate progress/priorities/issues proactively to the tech lead and project manager
- Mentor juniors
Preferred skills :
- Solid hands on experience in coding, designing and architecting solutions in Microsoft based pc or web environment. (5+ years)
- Should be an expert in at least one of the following Microsoft Technologies (.Net framework, C#, ASP.NET, Web services, VB 6.0, MS SQL Server).
- Good verbal & written communication skills
